1. How long does it take to process my order?
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, orders are made on demand and shipped within 2-7 working days after receipt of payment. 97.66% of our orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
2. From where will my order be fulfilled?
The company we work with has production facilities in the USA, Mexico, soon Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan. It is endeavored that depending on where you live, the order will be fulfilled as close to you regionally as possible. It can be however, certain base products are still only available in a certain regions so the fulfillment will be from that location, shipped out internationally.
Please see individual product listing as to the region in which it can be fulfilled from.
3. How much does shipping cost?
All prices are considered “All In” prices. Meaning, what you see is what you pay with no on top end of cart surprises. Shipping is considered free within this price.
It is important to note, while it is endeavored to fulfill -as locally as possible- in order to reduce probable customs and duty-taxes. These cannot be 100% avoided if shipping is coming from out of region on some international orders.
This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
4. How long does shipping take?
From the time that the product is sent out to you as the end customer. The approximate shipping times across the world are currently as follows:
- United States: 2 – 5 Days
- Canada, India, South East Asia, Korea: 6-10 Days
- Mexico: 8 – 14 Days
- South America, China: 8 – 14 Days
- Nordic Countries: 5 – 7 Days
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 3 – 6 Days
- Rest of Europe Not Mentioned: 3 – 7 Days
- Russia, Ukraine, Belarus: 7 – 12 Days
- Turkey, Central Asia, Middle East Regions: 8 – 11 Days
- Africa incl RSA: 8 – 20 Days
- Australia, New Zealand: 2 – 14 Days
- Japan: 4 – 8 Days
Please note that products which are only fulfilled from the USA or Europe to the rest of the world, please allow up to 3 weeks. This is only on the exception that a product is only fulfilled from the USA or only from Europe. This is found on each individual product page.
These times will help you to plan your order accordingly if it is in relation to a gift or surprise.
Current regions we cannot ship to are: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
5. How do I find the right size?
Sizing information is provided in each individual product listing. Items vary in style and size, even if they look similar, and we recommend that you thoroughly read the item description and sizing details provided before purchasing as we do not offer size exchanges. If in any doubt, please contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a note of sizing, this author of the website is 5’11” (182cm) tall, and 155 pounds (72kg). I have found for the t-shirts a size M is a good comfortable fit. Not to tight, not loose at all. Slim fit.
For example as well, with the hoodies. The author has found that a size M fits well, but as the author has long arms it could seem like the arms could be a bit longer. So if you are any larger than me, I would upsize to the next bigger size.
6. Why does my new product have a kind of vinegar smell?
As all of the products are print on demand and through the printing and creation process, it can be that sometimes a product will arrive having a slight “vineger” sent on it. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.
I recommend simply giving it a wash and then that will clear out the scent.
7. Why kind of product quality do you offer? Can I trust the product?
All of the products listed within the Upgrading Earth shop are expected to be of high quality. The author himself has tested out the key products and has found in fact, they are really great quality base materials.
In fact, if you have already purchased a product online from any online print-on-demand seller. It could be you already have one of the base products in your wardrobe or home.
8. I have not received my order yet? What now?
For any packages that might have been lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at email@example.com and state your order number.
9. What are the discount offerings you have?
As stated on the store page. When you buy 2 or more of any similar tagged product then upon checkout you will be eligible for a discount. Currently this excludes Jeweler and Books. Current fixed discounts are as follows based on the tagging name of the product:
